Our Story
Husband and wife team Lei and Sara Liu met and fell in love in Upstate New York, the birthplace of the chicken wing and have worked for years to perfect mouth-watering chickenless chicken and dairy-free cheeses. Sara, a long-time vegan has worked as a plant-based chef for years perfecting family classics- the type of “stick to your ribs” cooking that Upstate New York is known for. Driven by a mission to do good work, Parlor City Foods is dedicated to creating delicious scratch made small-batch vegan meats and cheeses in an environmentally and socially sustainable way.
