For orders under $100 shipping is Federal Express - Priority Overnight: $39.55
For orders $100 and above, shipping is complimentary
Shipping, insulation and ice packs are included in the price of your order
Orders are collected Monday through Sunday. Our team makes, packs, and ships those orders the following Monday.
No substitutions are allowed and we cannot modify your order once it has been placed. Once your order reaches the production phase we cannot cancel or refund your order.
We cannot ship food products to a PO or APO Box.

Parlor City Foods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package arrives late and is perished, you must file a claim on your own behalf through USPS.
We do not require a signature for delivery.
Is this a gift? Please tell the recipient to expect it as our products are perishable. If your recipient refuses the delivery or is not available to accept the delivery it will be returned to us by USPS and will no longer be consumable.
